IT ServiSource (ITSS) is an IT organisation that has a collective IT management track record of some 50 years. ITSS has developed a solution set geared at managing a clients IT environment through the deployment of Service Management methodologies and processes.
Serving the Smaller Enterprise
Most IT organisations that focus their service offerings in the Managed Services solution space are geared toward meeting the needs of large corporate clients. Most of these organisations through their size are unable or not willing to enter into a Managed Service solution with smaller clients.
ITSS, through its extensive experience and track record in the Managed Services market has identified the small and medium enterprise as its target market. It has developed methodologies and management systems geared toward the small and medium enterprise based upon Managed Services best practice for large and multinational enterprises.
As will be demonstrated by this value proposition, the small and medium enterprise is now able to capitalise off of a Managed Services approach to IT in the same way in which larger enterprises have been.
